Refund Policy

Except in the following situations, payments made through the payment gateway cannot be refunded:

A customer's card or bank account gets debited more than time due to a technological problem, or an excessive amount is debited immediately. The client would receive a refund for the overage, less any fees associated with the Payment Gateway.

Due to a technical issue, the customer's credit card or bank account gets charged, yet examination enrollment is unsuccessful. Customers could enroll for nothing more at kintetic Wave . However, if a consumer demands a refund of the money in such a situation, they will receive it after the payment gateway has deducted any necessary costs.

If an initial payment receipt were created, the customer would have to request a refund. The application must be submitted to Info@kinteticwave.com in the format specified.

The application is handled by hand, and the claim is true. In that instance, within 2-5 days of receipt, kintetic Wave will electronically refund the money to the mailing address indicated in the online registration form. Depending on your bank's steps, it can take 5-7 days for the money to show up in your account.

When a payer or user orders goods for which the payer or user has yet to receive payment, kintetic Wave will contact them to work out a solution before settling the debt.

If the dispute cannot be addressed between the payee and payer, kintetic Wave can directly credit the disputed amount to the contesting payer's account. The straight credit to their account and the debit from the history of the contested payment are not subject to challenge by the payee. Once the payee and payer have agreed, the monies will be managed under the settlement conditions by kintetic Wave service providers.

It is critical to inform users and consumers that payment has already been paid to the payee, user, or service provider in the event of a chargeback involving any goods they have purchased. The agreed-upon sum will be paid.
